1. SHAREHOLDER POWER PROPOSAL HITS CITIGROUP, GE, GILLETTE...

The company-pay proposal for shareowner proxy voting advice
has just been submitted to Citigroup, General Electric,
Gillette, Pfizer, and Warner-Lambert, for shareholder vote at
year-2000 annual meetings. See http://www.corpmon.com for
the full news release, text of proposals, reasons for
selecting these companies, and answers to other frequently
asked questions.

2. WOULD YOU LIKE MORE FREQUENT NEWS OF THIS CAMPAIGN?

This newsletter comes out about four times per year. (This
is the fifth issue this year.) Now that the proposal
campaign is underway, some readers may want more frequent
updates. Important developments will include submission to
more companies, legal arguments for and against including the
proposal in the proxy materials sent to shareowners, SEC
decisions regarding those arguments, results of votes, etc.

If you want free e-mail bulletin updates, click and send --
MailTo:subscribe-bulletin@corpmon.com

I plan to send up to about five bulletins between consecutive
newsletter issues. Bulletin subscribers will also receive
the newsletters. The newsletters will combine and summarize
the bulletins, plus include new material.
